How to clean your slow feeder bowl?
Hand wash with warm soapy water. With busy pet parents in mind, all our slow feeder bowls are also dishwasher safe on the top rack.

Processing time?
We aim to ship your orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once it's been shipped. Shipping times may vary once received by the courier.

Returns/Exchanges?
We stand by the quality of our products. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Should you experience any issues, please reach out directly to us. 

Lost/Stolen Packages?
We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen packages, or packages not received due to incorrect input of address. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us directly. If the package is returned to sender due to incorrect input of address, we can offer a refund minus any any applicable shipping charges.

Is your packaging materials recyclable?
We use eco-friendly shipping packaging. Our shipping boxes and kraft tape are 100% recyclable. Our mailers are 100% biodegradable. To eliminate any unnecessary packaging materials, our products are not individually wrapped. Once you receive your slow feeder bowls, please give them a quick hand wash with warm soapy water or throw them in the dishwasher before using.
